Paul is one of our teacher/preachers and Mary's love for children is the driving force behind our Children's Ministry. Paul is an avid reader, loves old sci-fi movies, hiking, and photography. Mary's creative spirit overflows into her knitting, card making, and thousands of other crafts.

Moving to a bigger town was a challenging experience for him as he met with different cultures and beliefs. The desire to learn about different beliefs made him think about the questions: "Who is God? What is the purpose of life? What is after death?"
Learn more about Srdjan.Milanka is 49 years old. She grew up in a family that did not believe in God. Her mom actually did not let her go attend church, no matter how much Milanka wanted to go. When first married her husband wasn`t a believer, but he wasn`t against her going to the church. That`s how she started going to the church and in 1990 Milanka became a Christian.
Learn more about Milanka.Ivan was born in Novi Sad, Serbia. He is 35 years old, married, and has a 10-year-old son. Ivan was born into a family of deaf-mutes and wasn`t able to speak also until he was 12. Then God did a miracle. Not only is he able to speak, but he has also learned how to sing and play guitar. He now leads worship at Nexus church and that really makes him excited.
Learn more about Ivan.Danilo was born and raised in Novi Sad, Serbia. He grew up in a Christian home, with both of his parents actively serving on the mission field and in various ministries. Following their example, he quickly learned about servant leadership and started helping out with the church. Some of his service includes translating, preaching, and organizing different types of events.

Nenad and Vesna were only 23 years old when they went to be missionaries to Bosnia. For two years following the terrible war there, they helped coordinate deliveries of humanitarian aid, served the refugees, and planted a church.
In October 2009, the Radeka’s planted Novi Sad Nexus Church. This marked the fifth church planting project in which they have been involved. After planting Nexus Church, another church spontaneously was planted in the largest Roma community in Novi Sad.
Nenad and Vesna have been married for 22 years. These years have brought them much delight in one another and in their three children: Danilo, David, and Anastasija. The Radeka family love sports. Danilo is all into weight lifting and David plays football. They are all big fans of worlds famous Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic.
Paul and Mary both hail from the northeastern United States. Mary was born in Brooklyn NY and grew up in New Jersey. Paul was born in Providence R.I. and grew up in upstate NY. They met in 1976, married in 1979, and by 1984 were parents of three daughters.
Their early upbringing was in Catholic homes, but as they grew through their teen and early twenties, they both began to realise there was something more to this whole “God thing”. Over a number of years, they sought out answers in a variety of different denominations. It was a journey of discovery which finally led them to a saving relationship with Jesus.
They are currently missionaries to Serbia with a special focus on showing the love of Jesus through providing educational opportunities to Roma and other under-privileged children.

From time to time, he met with a classmate with whom he discussed the idea of faith. Through these discussion Srdjan began to learn more about Jesus and how he needed forgiveness for his sins. In November 1995, Srdjan prayed and took that step of faith that changed his life forever. From that moment the focus of his life changed from just himself to a relationship with God. This relationship lead him into working with different ministries and Nexus Church.
Srdjan has a heart to serve the needs of children, teenagers and students, especially the marginalized and forgotten. In his own words: ”My heart is full of what God wants me to do with young people in Serbia.”

She is married for 29 years now and has two children. She works in a bank and serves Nexus Church as part of the leadership team and as church treasurer.
Ivan was born in Novi Sad, Serbia. He is 35 years old, married, and has a 10-year-old son. Ivan was born into a family of deaf-mutes and wasn`t able to speak until he was 12. Then God did a miracle. Not only is he able to speak, but he has also learned how to sing and play guitar. He now leads worship at Nexus church and that really makes him excited.
Ivan loves spending time with family. He loves to write songs and play guitar. In his spare time he enjoys fishing and playing soccer.

Following their example, he quickly learned about servant leadership and started helping out with the church. Some of his service includes translating, preaching, and organizing different types of events.
His main responsibility is working with the youth of Nexus Church. Together with a team, he leads regular youth meetings and youth retreats.
Danilo is an avid reader. He is very much interested in learning new things and finding ways to grow in every aspect of his life.
